Requirements:
• Minimally 1 year of commercial experience with Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Minimally 1 year of commercial experience with Java
• Minimally 2 years of commercial experience with UNIX operating systems
• Minimally 2 years of commercial experience in a customer support or maintenance role
• Interpersonal skills – especially communication as this is a client interfacing role
• English language at an upper-advanced level
• Experience with SQL databases, SNMP/IMX monitoring, and a university degree in IT or a related field are all pluses
