• Minimally 1 year of commercial experience with SQL and Oracle databases

all pluses
Job Details: You will be…
• working with a specialized team providing multi-facet support for post-implementation clients
• the first point of contact (phone and email) for clients looking for technical support (first line)
• part of a local team of about 5-6 people
• investigating and analyzing problems
• providing the client with solutions or passing the problem up to the next line of support
