Our top client, global company establishing their new branch in Prague, is seeking experienced and talented Test Manager to join a fast growing team of professionals.
You will strategize and plan for testing activities at an organizational level, conducting cost-benefits analyses and formulating recommendations. You will also provide direction to teams on quality, quality measurement and process guidelines, coordinating with various departments for the smooth running of testing projects – orchestrating the activities of multiple testing teams that share resources to ensure that synergies are leveraged and conflicts are avoided.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Identification and definition of meaningful metrics for testing
- Establishing metrics program using collected metrics information for decision-making
- Mitigating risks and issues escalated by testing team, Test Leads and other stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience on similar position (4+ years)
- Strong knowledge of testing principles and processes (master)
- English (excellent level –written and verbal), Czech is NOT required
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to analyze problems and devise solutions
- Flexibility, Independent work style, Ability to work in fast-paced environments
- EU passport (client is not able to offer visa sponsorship)
