Web Developer – J2EE, JSP, Flex, Hibernate, SQL – Future in investment banking!
Projects focused on web applications using the latestest technologies including spring and hibernate frameworks, J2EE and Adobe Flex. Located in Prague, you will be joining an international team, guiding you and building a new career in investment banking!
This is THE opportunity to join an exclusive team dedicated to using the latest web development technologies on creating a front end system used by end customers globally. You will have the opportunity to develop in J2EE using spring/hibernate frameworks, focus on technologies such as JSP, Weblogic and mainly Flex. This role is for a new team of 3 to be located in Prague starting from July 2010. An exceptional person who is self driven and motivated may have the opportunity to become team lead on the projects in the future.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Be involved in web-based solutions using primarily J2EE on Weblogic with Oracle databases. The role will be involved in the full lifecycle of development with a strong focus on design and analysis. Architecture of the project will be done by two main teams located in Prague and NYK. You will be working on building a multi threaded real-time system with high volume of messages used on a daily basis.
Other requirements include:
- Minimum of 3+ years working within a similar project, focused on web development with J2EE.
- Ability to work within a dynamic team with members located remotely across the globe working together as a team meeting deadlines set.
- Strong communications skills in English, other languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of the following technologies will be an advantage: BlazeDS, AJAX, Javascript, Ant/Maven
