The ideal person will be required to have a minimum of 3+ year’s commercial experience within Java/J2EE development using Spring framework or Hibernate/JPA, working ideally on international projects and able to join a young, global environment. There is strong stress on communication abilities in English, other languages are considered a strong advantage. As a senior developer you must be able to demonstrate understanding of databases such as Postgre SQL, Oracle, or MySQL with a good focus in analysis and the full lifecycle of development. Past experience in project management or team leading is an advantage.
