Technical Lead – Java Developer – Java, UML, IDE, SVN – CJ/AJ – Praha

Your responsibilities will include taking part in technical aspects such as creating new design modules, assist on implementation of new frameworks, active development in Java, implementation of SW products on client sites. As a tech lead you will also be involved in leading a small development team of 3 to 5 programmers, create itineraries for the group, and join company conferences about new development strategies for future products created internally.
Requirements include 4+ years of commercial experience actively developing in Java, ideally with past project experience in the banking environment. Knowledge of OOP, RUP, UML, HTML will be a must. Strong communication skills will be needed with fluent Czech/Slovak and advanced English. Project examples as a team lead will be required for the role. Must be an EU citizen, resident, or currently hold a long term Visa for the Czech Republic to apply
