A top 3 player in online insurance and financial products is looking to immediately place a technical business analyst into their expanding team. This role will be the main link between the business and IT parts of the team. An excellent opportunity for either a mid-level analyst looking to get focused experience in IT and finance Business Analysis or for a seasoned professional looking to come in a stable position with a motivational starting salary and benefits package.
Requirements:
• Minimally 3 years of experience in Business Analysis; preferably in IT
• Analytical skills and a good background in IT
• Good knowledge of UML; experience a plus
• General knowledge of Java and J2EE
• Must be fluent in Czech and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working with software developers, with multi-tier applications, and team management are all pluses
Job Details:
• Will be part of a team that manages and develops the company’s online products in the CEE
• Will be the main link between business and IT
• Will have overall responsibility for the business analysis process for an assigned project
o Preparing documentation with local ICTs managers
o Driving the business and technological requirements
o Preparing resource allocation estimates
• Will prioritize and strategize the conflict requirements with the project manager and the Chief Business Analyst
• Will cooperation with the local team and Chief Business Analyst during the test phases
• Will provide intensive support of the test analysis based on the specification decomposition
• Will prepare test requirement, test case definition, and test data
